Thanks ladies for all the comments. First, you need to adjust the bra (shoulder straps & cross under the bust adjustments) before you put the bra on. In fact, you won't need to reach around behind you at all because the extra straps are located at the front.

After waiting 6 weeks and paying double what the original price was I received my bra today. They tried to sell me a larger size and I said no. Thank you for this info. Bras are cheaply made. Now maybe the original does the job, but there are many knock-offs like I purchase which do not. The Turret Opera is a piece of music featured at the end of Portal 2, where numerous Aperture Science Sentry Turrets sing the song "Cara Mia Addio," an Italian aria. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Plus, not only do they not return your original shipping costs, but they make you pay the return shipping as well. I saw a late-night TV ad for the Caramia bra and thought "Wow, what an ingenious idea to have straps that cross over and hold up the boobs!" Hope someone takes the design, reworks it, and makes them in the US. I never could find one that really supports my front as well as smooth out that annoying fatback. Finally, I sent an email threatening legal action if they did not send the product I asked for. Also emailed without a response. Serves me right. Creepy! @JeanneC Why are you providing a product review for a product you've never purchased nor used. Cheap and flimsy fabric, way smaller than stated and the lace crossover feature rolled and did nothing as stated in the ads.

They gave me an address of 300 return road which doesn’t come up on google map. Mist cards offer purchase protection these days so you should be able to get it resolved this way.
It took approximately 3 weeks for the order to get to me: I live in Hawaii, not on the moon.Once received approximately half of the order was defective - I got so frustrated each time I opened one of the packages I never did continue looking at all of them - I called the 800 number hoping for replacements - I was on hold for so long I had to take a call and never got a resolution until I tired emailing the next day and was told that my ENTIRE ORDER (six bras) we're being replaced - to me this is an indication that they know EXACTLY how bad their merchandise is - Here's the deal: Although it's not apparent in the advertising, there are pads in the bras and there we're indentations in those pads. Tried email and telephone. Bought in white and black same size, both fit differently! I tried to return for a refund & was told it was past the 15 days return & they could not take back or give me my money back which was $35 plus it took 6 weeks to receive it a waste of money! 39 of 42 people found this review helpful.
