I’ve a question though is there a proportion of cream to sugar caramalised? thanks in advance! And can’t stop drizzling it all over , is this sauce a ‘thin’ sauce for pouring on ice cream etc…or is it a sauce that can be used to make caramel apples and popcorn balls….which im looking for..thxs. Caramel is the result of melting and browning sugar. The main ingredient for making a caramel is sugar.
