The bread rolls were amazing. We LOVED everything we ate. Another no-no is serving food that is cold that is supposed to be hot. We have been many times and many occasions. Food was good quality and tasty. Burger was good but our salmon and razor clam linguine was small and disappointing for the cost. They had several options to cover multiple needs - vegan, veg, paleo.Biggest bonus was a large round table that could comfortably seat our 8 diners.

Noise level is high, though. We were told a large group had gotten in before us and caused the long delay. Each Imperial Pitch Right Pouch is designed to directly inoculate a 5 gallon homebrew (19L) batch, virtually eliminating the need to make a starter or pitch multiple packs into a single batch.

Went here for a business team dinner. The services was great, we left our orders to our waitress and she delivered! Otherwise, wonderful experience. Really was a great date night thanks to everyone at Imperial! Worst experience we’ve had at Imperial. Food was decent. Went to Imperial for my birthday. Guess my color?The Delmonico steak at $52 was TOUGH and DRY. I had the best fried chicken of my life here. Excellent meal; we miss the coal-roasted sweet potato, but plenty of other options. Would not come back solely based on how all the staff treated our group. Challenging for a round table of boomers. Overall, you could tell under optimum circumstances our meal could have been good (other than my wife’s pork chop). Everything from the cocktails to the dessert was fabulous.

The pear? I brought my leftovers to my boyfriend who ate it 2 hours after we got home which was actually about 4 to 5 hours later and he said it was still just as crispy. Clams did not taste fresh. Some dishes may contain nuts, flour, shellfish and or mushrooms. Pretty loud, not good for a meal where you want to have a conversation. The only downside is that it was quite noisy, but it was a holiday and every table was full. Food was excellent. We ended up skipping desert because we had other places to be. Creamed kale was outstanding as well. We were offered seats at the chefs counter overlooking the wood fire grill, which was a fun experience.

There wasn't a request made of our server that didn't seem to make him annoyed. We booked imperial last minute. The entire dining experience was amazing! Unfortunately, this restaurant is not on the OpenTable reservation network. Also, the "poptart" should be renamed to "dreamtart" or "heavenlypastry" or something because it was the lightest, fluffiest, perfectly sweet with tart jam filled tasty treat to ever touch these lips. All our yeast is produced with 100% GMO free ingredients. I thought my wife was going to pickup her plate and lick up the remnants on the plate it was so delicious. Service was ok. Our trip to Imperial was a mixed bag. Our server was awesome, the menu was great, and everything was delicious as always. Again, FOOD WAS GREAT! Exemplifying Oregon’s own James Beard's culinary philosophy, Chef/Owner Vitaly Paley and his culinary team will explore menu ideas that have historic significance while exploring cooking methods and ingredients from the diverse bounty of our region. The food and service were great, but the combination of an open kitchen, ambient dinner noises plus fairly loud piped-in music made it very difficult to talk to each other.

The food was absolutely delicious and our server was a doll. Imperial Yeast is proud to be the only lab providing professional brewers direct pitches at proper pitch rates. Food was well timed and delivered promptly. Imperial is not currently accepting reservations on Tock. The most prominent feature of Imperial's kitchen is an impressive wood fire grill and rotisserie that will incorporate the use of native hard and fruitwoods. They comped desserts/ but, my husband doesn’t eat dessert. We believe quality beer starts with quality ingredients.
