. this recipe change is a disaster, bought a second box thinking the first was a bad batch, same same. I just purchased honey maid graham crackers and was disappointed it is the same size box but the bags inside were smaller. If a product has lasted all these years it usually means it's a good product; I don't see your altered cookies and crackers having the same longevity as the original recipes. I'll make mine from scratch. I am 55 years old and remember when the cookies were shaped differently and tasted MUCH better.
The package quality from my last buy is even worse: some individual bags were broken, some bags were stuck to the inside of the box, very roughly packed and disgusting.

Why on earth would you change from the freshest saltine available to one of the worst; what could you possibly be thinking? Now what you consider "salted" really has no salt, if you can find a speck or two it is rare, and the cracker itself tastes stale and overcooked.
