shaw guide show only subscribed channels

I am finding it extremely frustrating to go to watch a channel listed in the tv guide only to find out i don't even get that channel ... and there are a lot of channels that i don't get! Which TV box do you have? I have done that ... but now my problem is ... sometimes you give free preview of channels ... so when they are clicked off i miss seeing them .. how do i avoid missing free previews?

Solved: TV Channels guide does not show basic channels we are subscribed for How do I only show the channels that I am subscribed to without editing each channel manually....which is a total pain. Select Channel Listings, then press OK; Scroll down the list and select OK on any channels you would like to remove from your listing . First go to the " Settings " icon and hit OK. Go down 3 spaces to " Channel Listings " and hit OK. Now depending on which version of the Gateway you use you just have to make sure every channel that you want to watch has either a yellow box or that the box has a check inside it.
