But any other music where you dont have permission is a big nono. So, why spotify can and not me? On the 9th April there's still going to be another vote in actually taking it in and then it's still just a directive that the member states should try to make a law in their countries within 2 years. If you own the songs that have been uploaded to Spotify, you could broadcast it on Twitch Stream.
